Red Recruitment is recruiting a Business Support Officer in Bristol to join our client, this role will be supporting the People department, supporting the children's social care.

This is a temporary position until March 31st, the hourly rate is 13.47 per hour.

You will be required to work in the office located in Yate, 2 days a week, the other 3 days you can work from home. Your home must be private and suitable due to the nature of your role.

To be considered for this role, you must have note taking experience.

Benefits and Package for a Business Support Officer:

  • Salary: 13.47 per hour
  • Hours: Monday - Friday, Monday - Thursday, 8.45am - 5pm and Friday, 8.45am - 4.30pm
  • Contract Type: Temporary until March 31st
  • Location: Hybrid, 2 days in the Yate office (Badminton Road) and 3 days working from home
  • Your home working area must be suitable and private due to the safeguarding work you will be completing

Key Responsibilities for a Business Support Officer:

  • Supporting the professional teams in the Peoples department supporting children's social care
  • Attending meetings to take notes quickly and without error
  • Uploading notes to the organisational databases
  • Creating agendas and distributing them

Key Skills and Experience of a Business Support Officer:

  • Note taking experience is essential for this role
  • Strong administrative skills are required
  • You should be highly organised and be able to manage your own daily tasks
  • Excellent written communication skills is required
