Working closely with the Branch Manager, you will utilise your leadership and organisational skills to oversee daily functions and drive success. Your experience in property sales and administration will be instrumental in identifying new opportunities and enhancing overall performance.
Key responsibilities:
- Support daily branch operations and assist team members.
- Conduct property valuations and identify potential opportunities.
- Maintain communication with clients, keeping them informed throughout the process.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction.
- Promote properties using various marketing channels, including online platforms and social media.
- Keep accurate records of property listings, client interactions, and transaction details.
Skills & Experience:
- Minimum of two years estate agency experience required.
- Driving license and own vehicle required.
