An exciting opportunity has arisen for Leasing Consultant / Estates Surveyor ideally with experience in lease advisory / consultancy role to join a well-established property consultancy firm. This role can be full time / part time, offering £35,000 starting salary and flexible working options plus excellent benefits.

As a Leasing Consultant / Estates Surveyor, you will support clients with rent reviews, lease renewals, and market rent valuations while working closely with both landlord and tenant clients. You will be based in their Bristol or Exeter office.

They will also consider candidate from commercial agency or valuation backgrounds.

You will be responsible for:

  • Conduct inspections and measurements of various commercial properties.
  • Gather and analyse information to advise clients on optimal strategies for rent reviews and lease renewals.
  • Provide guidance to clients regarding potential third-party or court actions when necessary.
  • Serve as an expert witness in third-party determinations, with training and support available.
  • Cultivate and maintain a professional network.

What we are looking for:

  • Previously worked as a Leasing Consultant, Estates Surveyor, Property Surveyor, Lease Advisory Surveyor or in a similar role.
  • Experience with commercial rental valuation.
  • MRICS qualified or equivalent.
  • Ideally have experience in lease advisory / consultancy role
  • Familiarity with landlord and tenant work.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
