Rating Surveyor required to join one of the most respected property consultancies in the South West with over 70 staff across their offices spanning from Truro to South Wales. They are offering a salary up to £60k plus car / car allowance, an excellent work-life balance, hybrid & flexible working as well as ongoing support and development. Our client carries out a broad range of work, from Building Surveying to Property Management through to Valuation work, for a variety of clients in the South West.

Based from our clients' Bristol or Exeter office, Rating work is performed for a diverse range of clients, from private individuals to regional and national organizations. The role involves a broad scope of tasks, including inspecting various commercial properties and leisure businesses, advising clients on the accuracy of their rateable values, submitting Checks and Challenges on their behalf, providing guidance on business rates mitigation strategies, and preparing Council Tax appeals.
