Our clients, an independent surveying practice in Bristol, are currently seeking an experinced Residential Surveyor to join their team on a part-time basis.Â
They are ideally looking for an individual who is experienced in Level 3 Surveys but it's not essential.Â
Working hours:
- Flexible on both days and working hours
The successful Residential Surveyor will be offered:
- £50,000 - £60,000 pro rataÂ
- Professional Fees and CPD paid
- Equipment provided.
To be considered for the Residential Surveyor role you must have:
- Minimum AssocRICS
- Experience in Level 2 Surveys (Level 3 preferable)
- Excellent written and verbal skills
As a Residential Surveyor, your role will involve the following:
- Carrying out private client valuations
- Homebuyer reports
- Building Surveys – our clients are happy to train the successful candidate on this
- Completion of surveying reports and timely completion of post-valuation survey queries
