Sonic Summary

Our clients, an independent surveying practice in Bristol, are seeking an experienced Residential Surveyor to join their team on a part-time basis.
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of AssocRICS and experience in Level 2 Surveys, with Level 3 experience preferred.
The position offers a flexible working schedule and a salary ranging from £50,000 to £60,000 pro rata.
The successful candidate will also receive paid professional fees and CPD, along with provided equipment.
Responsibilities include carrying out private client valuations, Homebuyer reports, and Building Surveys, with training available for the right individual.

Our clients, an independent surveying practice in Bristol, are currently seeking an experinced Residential Surveyor to join their team on a part-time basis.

They are ideally looking for an individual who is experienced in Level 3 Surveys but it's not essential.

Working hours:

Flexible on both days and working hours

The successful Residential Surveyor will be offered:

£50,000 - £60,000 pro rata
Professional Fees and CPD paid
Equipment provided.

To be considered for the Residential Surveyor role you must have:

Minimum AssocRICS
Experience in Level 2 Surveys (Level 3 preferable)
Excellent written and verbal skills

As a Residential Surveyor, your role will involve the following:

Carrying out private client valuations
Homebuyer reports
Building Surveys – our clients are happy to train the successful candidate on this
Completion of surveying reports and timely completion of post-valuation survey queries
