A highly successful independent property consultancy has recently instructed Beach Baker to recruit an Valuation Surveyor at ideally Senior Surveyor or Associate level within their Bristol office.

Candidate
Must be MRICS and RICS Registered Valuer with proven Red Book valuation experience working ideally within a property consultancy environment with a minimum of 2 years PQE. The hiring manager is a happy to consider candidates from Senior Surveyor to Associate level and welcome applicants who have the drive to succeed in a new role. The individual's character is most important.
