This is an outstanding permanent opportunity for a DEA Level 3 qualified candidate to oversee a team to deliver on stock condition surveys and energy assessments.

This is a fantastic opportunity to make a tangible impact. You'll manage the stock condition programme, guide the team in adopting innovative assessment methodologies, and support our mission to maintain high-quality, energy-efficient homes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Inspire and guide a team of enregy assessors/ surveyors, fostering excellence in property data collection and assessment.

  • Lead the rollout of our new block condition survey programme launching in April 2025, implementing methodologies that will revolutionize how we evaluate our properties.

  • Share your expertise in Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs), helping the team identify building defects and recommend remedial actions.

  • Maintain compliance standards, proactively identifying and resolving potential issues before they escalate.

  • Collaborate closely with the Property Performance team, ensuring the data collected translates into meaningful property improvements.

  • Support residents by reviewing consent applications for home improvements and inspecting completed works to ensure quality.

Candidates should be a qualified energy assessor to level 3 and have outstanding management skills.
