Inspire and guide a team of enregy assessors/ surveyors, fostering excellence in property data collection and assessment.

Lead the rollout of our new block condition survey programme launching in April 2025, implementing methodologies that will revolutionize how we evaluate our properties.

Share your expertise in Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs), helping the team identify building defects and recommend remedial actions.

Maintain compliance standards, proactively identifying and resolving potential issues before they escalate.

Collaborate closely with the Property Performance team, ensuring the data collected translates into meaningful property improvements.

Support residents by reviewing consent applications for home improvements and inspecting completed works to ensure quality.
Candidates should be a qualified energy assessor to level 3 and have outstanding management skills.
