I am looking for a Void Surveyor to work in the Bristol area for asocial housing provider on a 6 month contract. The Building Surveyor will be responsible for carrying out; repairs inspections, damp and mould surveys to tenanted and Void properties as well as managing void turn arounds..

Void inspections
Damp and mould surveys

Damp and Mould Surveyor essentials:

Experience in diagnosing repairs and undertaking repairs surveys to residential properties
Ability to work at pace and adapt to change.
Experience within social housing.
