The salary for this role is 36k + company van.
Responsibilities of the M&E Supervisor role:
- You will oversee PPM schedules and reactive maintenance tasks
- You will oversee the compliance and health & safety regulations and industry standards across the contracts
- Responsible for the operation and maintenance of essential mechanical and electrical equipment
- You will complete site audits, risk assessments and method statements
- You will liaise with the Facilities Management Team of changes in critical environment requirements
- Look at splitting your time between hands-on maintenance and supervisory duties
Skills needed in the M&E Supervisor role:
- Good understanding of a wide variety of mechanical and electrical systems and their installation methods
- Good people management, organisation and motivational skills
- For this role, you must hold a qualification with Electrical Installations e.g. City & Guilds or NVQ
- It would be desirable for you to have worked in a similar position e.g. supervisor or lead engineer
- Use Microsoft to a good standard - Excel/word and project and SharePoint
- Good problem-solving skills with a critical thinking approach
