Income Officer  LOCATION:               Bristol  HOURS:                     37.5SALARY:                   £25,748DURATION:  Permanent   Executive Summary:We are working with a local Housing Association that is passionate about empowering refugees and migrants to live self-sufficient and ambitious lives in the UK. They are currently seeking a Data Analyst & Income Officer to join their dynamic Housing Department in Bristol. This role offers a unique opportunity to blend your analytical skills with income recovery strategies, thus playing a pivotal part in achieving their organizational goals.  Preferred Requirements: 
  • Demonstrated proficiency in income recovery, with a keen ability to assess and manage housing benefit charges.
  • Train the company staff especially Facility teams (Maintenance and Security) to record data and input correctly to the database (Sales Force).
  • To work with Housing managers to record Asset Management data correctly including property Leases, Planned Maintenance and ensuring ACH properties meet Decent Homes Standard.
  • Assist the Housing Income Team Leader in the management of property rental income and tenant service charges within the agreed budgets.
  • To Support the Housing income and Finance to run reports of Rental charges against income and produce arrears monthly clearly defining whether arrears are to the residents or Council.
  • To produce Void and Bad debts reporting
  • Proven experience in data interrogation techniques and developing automated reports from core systems.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to provide insightful business recommendations based on data analysis.
 Preferred Qualifications: 
  • Technical expertise in data interrogation and report building, with advanced proficiency in MS Excel.
  • Experience in delivering troubleshooting support and developing innovative data solutions.
  • Knowledgeable in visual information display techniques that adhere to GDPR and the expectations of the Regulator of Social Housing.
