They are looking for a Technical Account Manager to join their Client Services & Sales team and take responsibility for supporting key clients in the GCC region. This is a hands-on, dynamic role, based in Bristol, UK but with extensive opportunities to travel. The role includes:
- Managing & developing key accounts
- Identifying and targeting strategic business opportunities
- Providing technical support to customers and partners
- Supporting installation of sensors at customer sites
- Providing product and installation training
- Preparing technical reports and case studies
- Identifying new opportunities
- Attending trade shows
- Travelling to customers internationally
- Degree in Engineering/Physics/Materials Science
- Knowledge of the Oil & Gas industry is essential
- An understanding of ultrasonic non-destructive testing
- Experience in a sales/customer facing role
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skill
- Experience of producing technical reports
- Knowledge of doing business in the GCC region is beneficial
