Job Title: Procurement Administrator

Duration: 6 months, extensions likely

Location: Warwick, Bristol or Castle Donington/Hybrid (three days per week in the office initially, as and when required afterwards)

As a Procurement Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting Category Managers and collaborating with a team of talented professionals. This exciting opportunity offers exposure to cutting-edge procurement practises and the chance to make a significant impact on our client's buying system.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary interface between Category Managers and business buyers, ensuring effective communication
  • Responsibly handle email and system queries, promptly routing them to the appropriate team members while tracking responses
  • Lead weekly triage calls to address outstanding queries, allowing for timely resolutions
  • Review and address purchase order queries or issues to maintain smooth operations
  • Update relevant fields in the buying system, working closely with buyers to ensure accuracy
  • Investigate and resolve queries within the buying systems on behalf of users, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills
