About the RoleWe are seeking a highly experienced Senior Delivery Manager specialising in Microsoft Dynamics. In this leadership position, you will oversee multiple projects and programmes of work-up to £500k+-ensuring robust delivery, clear governance, and successful project outcomes. You will work closely with internal teams, managing complex technical projects and driving agile delivery practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Leadership:

  • Manage and deliver multiple Microsoft Dynamics implementations, ensuring projects have clear objectives, KPIs, and robust governance.
  • Oversee end-to-end project management including SOW writing, estimation, dependency and risk management, and accurate time and budget burndown reporting.

• Client & Stakeholder Management:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for senior stakeholders, demystifying delivery processes and ensuring seamless project execution.
  • Lead client-facing discussions to build clarity and foster strong collaborative relationships.

• Technical & Agile Delivery:

  • Drive the successful delivery of highly complex technical projects, coordinating multiple stakeholders and third parties.
  • Where required, take on the ScrumMaster role to support agile methodologies and coach junior team members.
  • Ensure strict commercial governance, managing project budgets and understanding key levers of performance.

• Governance & Reporting:

  • Take full ownership of project performance, delivering regular reports to internal and client-level steering committees.
  • Embed and reinforce best-practice delivery models throughout all projects.

What We're Looking For

• Experience:

  • Proven experience in a senior delivery or project management role, ideally within an integrated agency or system implementation consultancy.
  • Demonstrable success in delivering large-scale, technically complex programmes (up to £500k+).

• Technical Expertise:

  • Strong background in Microsoft Dynamics implementations and digital production processes.
  • Proficient in agile and lean working practices with solid organisational skills to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

• Client-Focused Approach:

  • Exceptional ability to manage senior stakeholders and deliver high-quality governance, documentation, budgeting, and reporting.
  • A dynamic, client-facing professional with excellent communication skills.
