The Role:
As a Fabric Engineer, you will:
- Perform planned and reactive maintenance across commercial properties.
- Inspecting and repairing building elements, furniture, doors, windows, and drainage.
- Conducting legionella checks, painting, redecorating, and minor repairs.
- Maintaining plant rooms, AHU filters, and addressing leaks or blockages.
- Supporting engineering staff and handling ad-hoc tasks.
