Red Recruitment is recruiting a Reservations Sales Executive in Clifton, Bristol to join our client who provides accommodation to those looking for a mix of both a boutique hotel feel with the freedom and flexibility of serviced apartments.

This is a great opportunity for those with previous customer service experience particularly in a customer-facing role. The salary for this position is £25,100 per annum and increases to £26,100 after 4 months.

Benefits and Package for a Reservations Sales Executive:

  • Salary: £25,100 per annum
  • Salary rises to £26,100 after 4 months
  • Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday, hours between 8am - 8pm and 1 in 6 weekends, 9am - 5.30pm
  • Contract Type: Permanent
  • Location: Clifton, Bristol
  • Annual bonus of up to 10%

Key Responsibilities of a Reservations Sales Executive:

  • Providing consistent outstanding and delightful guest booking experiences
  • Taking responsibility for understanding, meeting and exceeding your objectives and commercial KPIs
  • Answering telephone, emails and chats, resolving any issues in a professional manner
  • Handling reservations and general guest queries and product information requests in an efficient and timely manner
  • Identifying opportunities to reduce unnecessary contact, improving policies and processes
  • Maintaining accurate records of all communications within the relevant databases

Key Skills and Experience of a Reservations Sales Executive:

  • Ideally, you will have sales and customer service skills
  • You should have good people management skills
  • Previous experience in a customer support or customer-facing role ideally in hospitality is preferred
  • You should be able to use your own initiative
  • Excellent written and verbal communication is required
  • You should have a positive and upbeat attitude as well as have good time management and organisational skills
