- The Head of Marketing / Growth Marketer will work closely with, and report directly to the Founder.
- You’ll be their sole Marketing Lead, with a range of external agency resources at your fingertips (later down the line you are likely to build a team but for now it’s all outsourced).
- The Head of Marketing / Growth Marketer role is likely to go beyond typical product growth marketing, and will include applying your past Kickstarter / Crowdfunding campaign experience to help the Founder and wider business understand what it takes to run a successful campaign and how it might fit with their product growth strategy.
- Growth Marketing / Product launch strategy experience
- Knowledge and experience of running marketing campaigns leveraging Kickstarter or other crowdfunding platforms
- Strong marketing background and able to quickly understand an innovative product and target audience
- Experience marketing innovative hardware / devices and subscription model products
- A competitive salary in the region of £80,000-£100,000 (possible flex for the right person) plus benefits
