Smart Repair Technician

Bristol & Gloucester

We are currently recruiting for Smart Repair Technicians to join our client based in the Bristol & Gloucester areas.

Job Role:

  • Prepare surfaces and equipment for painting, ensuring all materials are clean and free of contaminants.
  • Apply coatings using conventional air spraying techniques on industrial machinery and steel fabrications.
  • Mix paints to manufacturer specifications and adhere to technical documents and guidelines.
  • Maintain and clean all painting equipment and tools to ensure optimal performance.
  • Follow safety protocols and industry standards to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.

Experience:

  • Proven experience as a paint sprayer.
  • Proficiency in conventional air spraying of single and two-pack paints.
  • Experience with airless spraying is highly advantageous.
  • Ability to read and interpret paint technical documents and specifications.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
