Job Title: Senior Transport Planner

Location: Bristol

Salary: £35,000pa - £45,000pa + Great Bonus Package!

The Company: Are you a passionate Transport Planner with a strong background in development planning? Join a dynamic and growing team that provides a comprehensive range of transport planning, traffic engineering, and infrastructure design services to support development projects across the UK. With offices in Bristol, Sheffield, and Nottingham, my client is looking for talented professionals to help expand our services from their Bristol Office.

Roles and Responsibilities as a Senior Transport Planner:As a Senior Transport Planner you will:

  • Prepare Transport Assessments, Transport Statements, Site Access Appraisals, and Travel Plans.
  • Undertake highway and junction design, contributing to infrastructure projects.
  • Utilize software tools such as ARCADY, PICADY, TRICS, Tempro, and AutoCAD.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, providing innovative solutions to development challenges.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, demonstrating strong report-writing and presentation skills.

Qualifications and Experience Senior Transport Planner:

  • Proven experience in development planning, either in private practice or local government.
  • Strong understanding of the UK development planning process.
  • A team-oriented approach with enthusiasm and a proactive mindset.
  • Desire to grow professionally and contribute to a supportive, innovative environment.
