?? What You'll DoAs our Zendesk Engineer, you'll:? Develop and customise Zendesk solutions to improve customer support processes.? Lead all things frontend development, implementing Python/SQL solutions.? Build secure APIs and integrations to connect third-party tools.? Optimise performance, troubleshoot issues, and enhance custom code.? Work with Product Managers & Engineers to refine and implement solutions.? Ensure best practices in development, testing, and deployment.
�? What You Bring�? 3+ years' experience with Python, SQL/MySQL, APIs, and GIT.�? Proven experience configuring & customising Zendesk (or similar CRM/ticketing systems).�? Background in agile, product-focused teams.�? Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for delivering business value.
