Position: Panel Beater

Location: Bristol

Hours: 7am - 5pm (full time)

Salary: based on experience and qualifications, up to £52,000 +Overtime

Role Responsibilities:

  • Repair and restore vehicle body panels to their original condition.
  • Carry out panel beating, welding, and dent removal to repair damaged vehicles.
  • Use specialist tools and equipment to shape, align, and smooth vehicle panels.
  • Assess and analyze repair requirements and develop effective repair plans.
  • Work efficiently and accurately, following repair processes and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure high-quality repair work and customer satisfaction.

 

Role Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Panel Beater or similar role in the automotive industry.
  • Proficient in panel beating techniques, welding, and dent removal.
  • Strong knowledge of vehicle structure, panel materials, and repair methods.
  • Ability to use a variety of tools and equipment relevant to panel beating.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality workmanship.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
