Due to an increase in upcoming projects, there is now a need for a Mobile Plumber to join this highly successful and forward-thinking organisation.
We are looking for a Mobile Plumber who wants to work in a diverse role where no two days are the same.
As the Mobile Plumber, you will provide the delivery of both planned and reactive FM maintenance services.
The Mobile Plumber, will be responsible for:
- Maintain and repair ventilation, heating, cooling, and water systems.
- Provide excellent customer service, answer queries, and report defects.
- Complete documentation accurately and on time.
- Follow Health & Safety and Permit to Work procedures.
- Perform manual tasks, including manual handling and working at heights.
- Participate in the On-Call Rota for out-of-hours support.
- Use mobile devices for job tracking and reporting
To be successful for this Mobile Plumber role you must have:
- Experience in Maintenance/Facilities Management.
- Relevant qualifications (C&G Level 3/5, NVQ, or HNC).
- Knowledge of mechanical systems (ventilation, heating, cooling, water).
- Full, valid driving license.
- IT literate and comfortable using mobile devices.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Understanding of Health & Safety and safe working practices.
- Ability to perform physical tasks and work in confined spaces.
- Willingness to join the On-Call Rota.
