Vehicle Technician

Location - Bristol

Salary - up to 38k +bonus

Hours Monday - Friday (Saturday on a rota)

The Role:

As a Vehicle Technician, you will be an essential part of the workshop team, committed to maintaining the highest standards of service and repair.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with the team to deliver exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Working accurately and efficiently to meet industry standards and brand guidelines.
  • Identifying and diagnosing additional work required on vehicles beyond the initial scope.
  • Ensuring the accurate completion of all service and repair paperwork.
  • Conducting Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDI) and Multi-Point Checks (MPC) on all vehicles to ensure they are road-ready and compliant with safety standards.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • NVQ Level 3 in Motor Vehicle Repair (or equivalent qualification).
  • Prior experience in a similar vehicle technician role.
  • MOT certification is desirable but not essential.
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • A proactive approach and the ability to work well under pressure.
