Marine Account Handler / Trainee Account Executive
Full Time, Hybrid (Presence in Bristol 3 times a week, flexibility for the right candidate)
Salary: £40,000-£45,000 plus benefits and bonus
Role Overview:
This exciting opportunity is perfect for an enthusiastic individual aiming to develop into a Marine Account Executive. You will learn extensively about existing clients, service them, and get introductions both face-to-face and from an office management perspective. Your main focus will be on working with specialist insurer markets to provide niche and specific marine covers to your client base.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Management: Engage and service existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and trust.
Client Introduction: Facilitate client introductions and maintain professional relationships with a diverse client base.
Hybrid Work Environment: Enjoy a mix of office and remote work, with a presence in Bristol 3 times a week.
Training and Development: Benefit from a telesales team providing opportunities, aiming to transition into an Account Executive role.
Ideal Candidate:
General Insurance Knowledge: Marine exposure preffered and a good base exposure to commercial insurance products.
Sociable and Communicative: Ability to interact with clients at all levels and from all backgrounds.
Marine Passion: Strong interest in the marine sector (yachts, sailing, fishing, etc.).
IT Literate: Proficient in relevant IT skills.
Eager to Learn: Willingness to progress and expand knowledge.

Maintain high standards of personal presentation.
Adhere to company policies and ensure CPD is maintained at all times.
