Are you a proven BDM working in the temporary recruitment solutions sector? This amazing opportunity offers progression from Regional to National BDM in for foreseeable future, initially concentrating on the South West area. With three offices and a strong team in each to deliver your promises and at the rates agreed is on hand to fill each and every role. Mainly working across A-Z Industrial business (not restricted to and can also include perms and other sectors) you will be the face of the business in front of potential clients. You will gain strong leads, map the area and door open to build essential relationships and to gain relevant business to supply temporary and permanent needs. Providing a first class service means you will hit the ground running, already aware of all processes, having worked in a similar role and demonstrating such on your CV. With sound knowledge of the South West area and sectors, you can be based remotely blending time in the office, at home and out on the road. Reporting to the National BDM and working well together marketing the business and using all the tools provided to do a great job. Salary on offer is £35-45k basic plus bonus, car allowance and benefits. You must be living in the South West area, drive and have access to your own vehicle to be considered and short listed for this role.
