This role will provide essential recruitment support, including scheduling interviews, screening candidates, and assisting with assessment centre arrangements. The successful candidate will be confident in handling stakeholder and candidate communications, adept at using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and able to work both remotely and collaboratively within a team.

Responsibilities:
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Support candidate screening and initial assessments.
• Provide administrative assistance for assessment centres and recruitment events.
• Maintain and update Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to ensure accurate candidate records.
• Liaise with hiring managers, recruitment teams, and stakeholders to ensure smooth recruitment processes.
• Conduct professional candidate and stakeholder communication, ensuring a positive experience.
• Work both independently and as part of a team, demonstrating reliability and professionalism.
• Support wider recruitment administration tasks as required.

Required Skills and Experience:
• Previous experience in recruitment administration, coordination, or advisory roles.
• Strong organisational and administrative skills, with attention to detail.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment processes.
• Confident in conducting telephone/video calls with candidates and stakeholders.
• Ability to work remotely while maintaining a strong team connection.
• Professional, reliable, and committed to delivering high-quality recruitment support.
