Our client is a leading law firm and they are seeking a customer-centric individual with a passion for delivering exceptional client experiences. As a Hospitality Assistant, you'll be an integral part of the Client Suite/Business Services team, ensuring the smooth running of hospitality services for both clients and internal stakeholders.

Hospitality Assistant Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent, proactive customer care and service
  • Support events and business meetings
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages
  • Meet and greet internal/external clients and stakeholders
  • Maintain cleanliness of meeting rooms, prep kitchen, and staff kitchen
  • Manage catering and consumables orders
  • Adhere to COSHH, Food Safety, and Health & Safety regulations
  • Handle complaints professionally and according to procedures
  • Occasional travel to other offices to cover absences
Hospitality Assistant Requirements:
  • Previous experience in catering or hospitality
  • Food Hygiene Certificate Level 2 (desirable)
  • Excellent communication skills and professional presentation
  • Ability to multitask and work flexibly in a friendly team
  • Available to work 36.25 hours per week (alternate shifts starting at 08:00 and 09:00)
  • Commitment to a 6-month fixed-term contract
