Our client is a leading law firm and they are seeking a customer-centric individual with a passion for delivering exceptional client experiences. As a Hospitality Assistant, you'll be an integral part of the Client Suite/Business Services team, ensuring the smooth running of hospitality services for both clients and internal stakeholders.
Hospitality Assistant Responsibilities:- Provide excellent, proactive customer care and service
- Support events and business meetings
- Prepare and serve food and beverages
- Meet and greet internal/external clients and stakeholders
- Maintain cleanliness of meeting rooms, prep kitchen, and staff kitchen
- Manage catering and consumables orders
- Adhere to COSHH, Food Safety, and Health & Safety regulations
- Handle complaints professionally and according to procedures
- Occasional travel to other offices to cover absences
- Previous experience in catering or hospitality
- Food Hygiene Certificate Level 2 (desirable)
- Excellent communication skills and professional presentation
- Ability to multitask and work flexibly in a friendly team
- Available to work 36.25 hours per week (alternate shifts starting at 08:00 and 09:00)
