Location: Avonmouth, Bristol, BS11

Hours: Monday – Friday 08:00am – 16:30pm

Role Type: 10-week temp to perm

Hourly rate: £11.50 - £12.00ph 

gap personnel Bristol are currently looking to recruit 10 Warehouse Operatives across several of their warehouse departments based in Avonmouth, Bristol, BS11. 

After a recent relocation, our client is looking to recruit experienced Warehouse Operatives to be part of their new journey as they utilise new local distribution routes. You will have the opportunity to work within 1 of their several departments within the warehouse, where you can utilise previous experience or skill sets. These departments include; E-Commerce, Fulfilment, Pick / Pack, Goods-In, Replenishment. 

About the job responsibilities:

  • Accurately and efficiently picking and packing orders for dispatch.
  • Quality control checks, use of barcode scanners & labelling orders for dispatch
  • Assisting with stock and inventory management.
  • Housekeeping and ensuring the warehouse is kept clean and organised.
  • Processing of orders onto their internal CRM system

About the ideal candidate:

§  Previous warehouse experience (desirable)

§  Understand and demonstrate through previous experience, knowledge of inventory control principles (desirable)

§  Basic PC skills - Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)

§  Ability to lift and carry, experience with Manual Handling (essential)

Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8am – 4pm although start and finish times can amend if delays with incoming products result in challenges to despatch.
