gap personnel Bristol are acting as an employment business are currently looking for a Warehouse Operative for our client, based in Avonmouth, BS11 As a Warehouse Operative you will join a team where you will become a key and valued member providing support.

Whilst experience can be a benefit, the site offer full training.

This is a temporary to permanent postion for th right candidate.

Job Responsibilities:

Safe loading and unloading of stock from delivery vehicles within hub
Efficiently organizing loads into delivery routes, utilizing scanning procedures when required
Ensuring load security and communicating load conditions to drivers, including necessary paperwork production
General warehouse duties
Following correct health & safety measures for the site

The Candidate:

Knowledge of similar working environment
Physical fitness is essential, as the role involves walking, standing, lifting, and stretching, with occasional heavy lifting requirements
Effective communication skills, along with basic numeracy and literacy, are fundamental, as is a high level of common sense, integrity, and honesty
Proven accuracy and efficiency in your work
Consistently produce the highest standards of work
