This is a great opportunity to be part of an ethical, progressive website development agency based in Leeds, joining as an Account Manager to lead on exciting brands and household names.We’re looking for candidates with strong experience of managing web development clients in a digital agency environment, who are happy working from the Leeds office 2-3 times a week. Naturally the role entails managing client success, but we’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work, has a pro-active approach to stakeholder management, and thrives in a collaborative and high performing team.You will have strong time management and organisation skills, in addition to going the extra mile to truly understand your client’s needs, communicating this information effectively with other departments such as project delivery, development and design, and being the main POC across the business for your clients and accounts. You’ll grasp the nitty gritty details of briefs, use data and insights to foresee problems before they arise, and ensure everything runs as smoothly as possible. My client has a reputation in the industry of designing and building beautifully high functioning websites for their clients, and seeks someone from a similar background – web development experience as an Account Manager in a digital agency. You’ll enjoy unrivalled support from day one with clear goals and progression plans outlined, and further support from a friendly and collaborative client services team who love nothing more than seeing each other succeed.What experience you’ll need 
  • You’ll have previous Account Management experience on web development projects.
  • Previous experience working with CMS such as Shopify, Adobe Commerce, Craft, Drupal would be a bonus.
  • Ideally from a fast-paced eCommerce/digital/technical agency environment.
  • Superb stakeholder management, time management and organisational skills.
  • Have a real desire to learn new skills, develop your career and progress within the business.
  • Enjoy working with freedom and autonomy, whilst working closely with those around you both face to face and remotely (this role offer hybrid working).
  • You’ll enjoy being proactive, offering solutions, and collaborating with colleagues and clients.
