Junior Web Developer

You’ll be responsible for designing and developing responsive, visually stunning websites that prioritise an exceptional user experience (UX). In addition, you will have the chance to drive SEO strategies that will enhance our online visibility and performance.

Your role will include:

• Developing and maintaining company websites using WordPress, working on both custom themes and plugins.
• Designing intuitive and engaging websites with a focus on UX/UI.
• Improving SEO rankings and implementing best practices to ensure maximum website exposure.
• Managing Google Analytics to measure and optimise website performance.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align website functionality with broader business objectives.
• Troubleshooting technical issues and optimising for speed and performance.
• Staying ahead of industry trends and innovations, ensuring our websites remain cutting-edge.
• Supporting the marketing team with creative, design-focused tasks beyond web development.

We’re looking for a motivated individual with:

• Experience with WordPress (experience with custom themes and plugins is a bonus).
• A solid understanding of SEO principles and how to boost website visibility.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics and other performance monitoring tools.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• A good grasp of UI/UX design principles and the ability to build mobile-friendly, responsive websites.
• Basic understanding of version control systems like Git.
• A keen eye for detail and the ability to juggle multiple projects at once.

Experience with Amazon campaigns is a plus, but not essential - we’re more interested in your creativity, passion, and desire to learn!
