Due to increasing demand and fast growth, they are looking for a Technical Author to join their Documentation team.In this role you will collaborate with developers to produce all-encompassing documentation for new features. You will update and improve existing documentation, identify and consolidate common content across various documents and create and edit graphics to enrich documentation. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a similar role authoring for global audiences, preferably in the Software industry. You will have experience with GitHub, DITA, HTML, CSS and responsiveness in Agile situations. Any experience with API documentation and MS Visio is desirable.
