Role: Fitter

Location: Bristol, GB

Shifts are 35 hours per week - Monday - Thursday 7-4 pm

Overtime is on Fridays generally but some weekends also.

The Role

As a Fitter, you'll play a vital role in producing high-quality components for civil and military aircraft. Working at our clients Filton site, you'll be part of a team specializing in large structural wing assemblies and metallic components.

Key Responsibilities:

Precision riveting, drilling, and countersinking

Setting structures in build jigs

Deburring and fettling components

CNC drilling (DONAU)

Treatment touch-ups and part marking

Ensuring compliance with quality standards and safety regulations

What You'll Need

Essential:

Recognized indentured apprenticeship (Level 3 or above)

Understanding of export control regulations

Ability to follow standard operating procedures

Desirable:

Experience in aircraft manufacturing

Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles
