A well-regarded secondary school in Salisbury is seeking a confident and motivated Cover Supervisor to join their team immediately. Key Responsibilities-
Deliver pre-prepared lessons across a range of subjects in the absence of the class teacher.

Manage classroom behaviour and maintain a positive learning environment.

Provide support and guidance to students to keep them engaged with their work.

Ensure that students follow the school’s policies and expectations.

Liaise with teachers and senior staff to provide feedback on lesson outcomes.
