Location: Northampton, NN6
Position: Temporary, Full Time (8 weeks)
Working Hours: 8:00am - 8:00pm, Monday to Sunday (shift pattern)
Pay: 11.44 per hour
Drivers preferred due to remote location!
Are you passionate about delivering excellent customer service and looking for a rewarding temporary opportunity? We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor to join our dynamic team in Northampton. This is a full-time temporary role, offering a variety of shifts between 8am and 8pm, Monday to Sunday.
As a Customer Service Advisor, you'll be the first point of contact for customers, assisting with inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about our services. You'll be part of a supportive team, and no two days will be the same!
Key Responsibilities:
- Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
- Providing accurate and helpful information to customers
- Resolving customer complaints or issues efficiently and professionally
- Ensuring all customer interactions are handled with care and respect
- Maintaining a high level of product knowledge to assist customers effectively
- Updating customer records and processing requests
Ideal Candidate:
- Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude
- Previous experience in a customer service or call centre environment is desirable
- A team player with the ability to work independently
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work flexible shifts within the operating hours (8am - 8pm, Monday to Sunday)
- A customer-first mindset and a professional approach to every interaction
