Are you passionate about delivering excellent customer service and looking for a rewarding temporary opportunity? We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor to join our dynamic team in Northampton. This is a full-time temporary role, offering a variety of shifts between 8am and 8pm, Monday to Sunday.

As a Customer Service Advisor, you'll be the first point of contact for customers, assisting with inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about our services. You'll be part of a supportive team, and no two days will be the same!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
  • Providing accurate and helpful information to customers
  • Resolving customer complaints or issues efficiently and professionally
  • Ensuring all customer interactions are handled with care and respect
  • Maintaining a high level of product knowledge to assist customers effectively
  • Updating customer records and processing requests

Ideal Candidate:

  • Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude
  • Previous experience in a customer service or call centre environment is desirable
  • A team player with the ability to work independently
  • Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work flexible shifts within the operating hours (8am - 8pm, Monday to Sunday)
  • A customer-first mindset and a professional approach to every interaction
