HR Business Partner

Location: Brixworth Northampton

Salary: DOE, plus company bonus and benefits

Full time on site initially, Mon -Friday (phone number removed)pm with some options  in the future for Hybrid working once established.
You'll be based at a Manufacturing site in Northamptonshire and you'll play a key part of the manufacturing senior team working to create a high performing team, embedding change programmes and focusing on providing a strong partnering and support offering to the manufacturing leadership team and their reports. Reporting into Global HR Director

The role is a standalone HR generalist focused on embracing all areas of HR reporting to the Global HR Director and supporting global HR services, initiatives, and projects, will also include training and coaching of a HR Trainee in future

 
Job Description

  • Provide both strategic and operational business partnering coaching and guidance to company
  • Lead and provide on-going HR support for key change projects and projects in the business area.
  • Coordinate & implement the specific HR processes in the business unit within the scope of a high performing team, the organisational culture and structure.
  • Provide expert knowledge to senior management regarding employees engagement initiatives, organisational structures and change projects.
  • Provide knowledge / best practice to the local management in managing the labour force
  • Work with management in coaching them around often complex cases around performance management, disciplinaries, grievances, absence etc.
  • Oversee the annual appraisal system, educate staff and managers, and support the annual salary review process.
  • Provide guidance and coaching in talent management and succession planning for key roles at the site to ensure talent development and career progression.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to manage payroll, travel policy,

Ideal skills and Experience

  • Significant knowledge of HR generalist processes and approach.
  • Experience of working in a manufacturing environment
  • An ability to work both strategically and operationally.
  • Down to earth with an ability to build relationships at all levels.
