Start Date – February half term
Salary - £130-£150 per day, depending on experience

TeacherActive are excited to be working with a variety of secondary schools in the Exeter area. The Senior Leadership Team are looking for an English Teacher to join them on a long term, full time basis. You will need to have a secure knowledge of the subject and curriculum area, fostering pupils’ interest.
The successful English Teacher will need to:
- Hold QTS with an English specialism (Early Careers Teachers / ECT are also encouraged to apply)
- Have experience teaching English across KS3 and KS4 (experience teaching at KS5 advantageous)
- Build relationships rooted in mutual respect
- Have high expectations of behaviour, using praise, sanctions and rewards consistently and fairly
