About the Role:
As a Nursery Practitioner, you will play a vital role in providing a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow. You will be responsible for:
- Implementing the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
- Planning and leading engaging activities.
- Observing and recording children's development.
- Building strong relationships with children and their families.
- Ensuring the nursery's policies and procedures are followed.
- Maintaining a clean and organised learning environment.
About You:
- Level 2 or Level 3 Childcare qualification.
- Newly qualified candidates with at least 6 months experience will also be considered.
- A passion for working with young children and babies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A positive and enthusiastic approach.
- A commitment to continuous professional development.
- Be able to commute to a Nursery in the Crawley/Horsham area
