Hours are Mon to Fri 9am to 5.00pm or 8am to 4pm with 1 hour lunch break


This is a great opportunity to join a leading manufacturing company within their Customer Service and Sales Order Processing team.

You would be joining a passionate company who want every staff member to feel valued and to be able to contribute to the success of the business. They provide structured 121 training and career development into other areas of the business encouraging the team to get involved in new projects.

The role will involve:

  • Providing excellent customer service to clients.
  • Processing sales orders on the inhouse system.
  • Updating clients on the process of their orders via phone and email.
  • Managing large amounts of incoming calls.
  • Checking product availability.
  • Checking account balance before collection/delivery.
  • Logging all activity and call notes.
  • Liaising with internal departments on daily orders and delivery schedules.
  • General administrative duties to support the team in place.
  • Deal with any complaints and escalate accordingly.

The team work towards a monthly bonus based on productivity and sales processed.
