The ideal candidate will have experience in property finance or a legal/conveyancing background.
This role will serve as the intermediary between the underwriting team, solicitors and third-party property specialists from application through to completion.
It is crucial in ensuring that customer documentation is managed effectively for a smooth and efficient transition to funding.
- Pipeline Management: Manage pipeline applications, log all new enquiries, and ensure precise data entry for a smooth transition to underwriting.
- Communication: Monitor email inboxes for new enquiries and documents, and handle telephone enquiries.
- Data and Compliance: Complete relevant systems information and fraud prevention checks.
- Case Packaging: Package new applications, assess initial cases, and review borrowers' assets and liabilities.
- Target Management: Manage a pipeline of cases to meet completion targets, requesting necessary information from customers and third parties.
- Documentation Preparation: Draft conditional offer letters and facility letters. Prepare valuation, asset manager/project monitoring surveyor, and legal instructions for the underwriter.
- Relationship Management: Provide updates and request required information within service levels to maintain positive relationships.
