I am looking for an experienced Commissioning Engineer to work in the Kent area. The perfect applicant will have knowledge and experience working on projects within wastewater or water treatment.
- Role: Commissioning Engineer
- Location: Kent
- Contract: Freelance
- Rate: 430- 450 per day
- When: ASAP

Duties will include:
- R&R's and deliver schemes in a safe compliant manner.
- Review and monitoring of MEICA related Project risks.
- Attend commissioning systems inductions and tool box talks.
- Liaise with Design team to ensure plant commissioning requirements are incorporated at design stage
- Review of design deliverables
- Review and development of Compliance & Commissioning Plans
- Oversee and sign off FAT and SAT
- Attend Progress & Commissioning Meetings
- Compile commissioning documentation
- Liaise with sub-contractors
- Assist Training Coordinators in compilation of training deliverables
- Assist O&M Coordinators
- Distribute Commissioning Log / Daily Diary's
- Assist in the preparation of take over reports
Skills Required:
- Proven Electrical/ICA commissioning experience
- Extensive site experience of water operations
- Practical knowledge of water processes
- A valid clean UK driving license
- Trade Applicable CSCS/ECS card
Skills Desirable:
- Ambitious and dynamic personality
- MEICA/Civil works multi-disciplined interfacing
- Experience of working on Water Industry construction projects, preferably with experience of large and complex deliveries
- Someone with a commitment to Right first time
