The Role
As a Business Development Assistant, you will play a key role in driving business growth by identifying and converting new opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with our existing clients. You’ll be joining an experienced and supportive Sales and Marketing team, working on a hot desk with existing leads and a strong focus on new business development.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Development: Identify, progress, and convert sales leads
- Source and secure new client vacancies
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Negotiate and agree terms of business
- Provide expert market insights and consult with clients on recruitment strategies
- Maintain accurate client records using our CRM system
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in a business development role
- Knowledge of CRM systems
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships
- A results-driven mindset and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
