About the Role

Our client, the UK’s largest signage maintenance company, is expanding their team and looking for a proactive and well-organised Customer Service Advisor to join their growing department. You’ll be joining a friendly, experienced team that plays a key role in supporting clients, managing queries, and ensuring projects run smoothly.

Note - One vacancy is temporary for maternity cover & one is a permanent role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answering customer enquiries via phone and email, providing clear and accurate information.
  • Liaising with field engineers and other departments to resolve issues and provide status updates.
  • Logging new job requests, maintaining service levels, and ensuring timely response to customer needs.
  • Resolving technical problems, performing regular checks, and managing customer expectations.
  • Handling customer complaints effectively, aiming for swift and positive resolutions.
  • Preparing reports using Excel and updating client portals with relevant information.
  • Supporting other departments when needed, ensuring the smooth running of business operations.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A confident and professional communicator with strong organisational skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy problem-solving.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (this will be tested).
  • Helpdesk experience and good customer service skills are essential for this position.

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Friday, 08:30 - 17:00 (40 hours per week, with 30 minutes unpaid lunch).
