I am seeking a passionate and creative Fundraising and Communications Manager to lead the development and execution of a fantastic charity's fundraising and communications strategies. You will be at the forefront of running fundraising campaigns and engaging with the community across multiple channels.
Day-to-day of the Fundraising and Communications Manager role:

Develop and deliver engaging and impactful marketing and fundraising campaigns that build the charity’s profile, engage audiences, and raise essential funds.

Research and secure potential funders and lead successful bid submissions.

Build and maintain meaningful relationships with donors, partners, and media.

Manage a range of fundraising activities including individual giving, major donors, trusts and foundations, and legacies.

Organise and promote fundraising events, working closely with volunteers, partners, and the community.

Design and manage creative campaigns that resonate with both local and wider communities.
Required Skills & Qualifications for the Fundraising and Communications Manager:

Minimum of two years’ experience in a similar role within a charity, non-profit, or similar sector.

Fantastic written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in social media management, content creation, and digital analytics.
