I am seeking a passionate and creative Fundraising and Communications Manager to lead the development and execution of a fantastic charity's fundraising and communications strategies. You will be at the forefront of running fundraising campaigns and engaging with the community across multiple channels. 

Day-to-day of the Fundraising and Communications Manager role:

  • Develop and deliver engaging and impactful marketing and fundraising campaigns that build the charity’s profile, engage audiences, and raise essential funds.

  • Research and secure potential funders and lead successful bid submissions.

  • Build and maintain meaningful relationships with donors, partners, and media.

  • Manage a range of fundraising activities including individual giving, major donors, trusts and foundations, and legacies.

  • Organise and promote fundraising events, working closely with volunteers, partners, and the community.

  • Design and manage creative campaigns that resonate with both local and wider communities.

Required Skills & Qualifications for the Fundraising and Communications Manager:

  • Minimum of two years’ experience in a similar role within a charity, non-profit, or similar sector.

  • Fantastic written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proficiency in social media management, content creation, and digital analytics.

  • Strong understanding of fundraising techniques.
