Residential Property Solicitor/Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer

Are you an experienced residential conveyancer looking to join a highly respected legal team? We are recruiting for two skilled Residential Conveyancers to join a market-leading legal practice in East Kent.

About the Role

This role offers the opportunity to work in one of the firm's well-established offices in Birchington, Broadstairs, Margate, or Ramsgate. You will manage your own varied caseload, covering freehold, leasehold, new build properties, remortgages, and lease extensions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handling all aspects of residential property conveyancing.
  • Building and maintaining excellent relationships with clients, estate agents, and other stakeholders.
  • Managing leasehold, freehold, remortgages, lease extensions, and new build matters.
  • Working in a fast-paced and collaborative professional environment.
  • Ensuring high standards of client care and legal service delivery.
Skills and Experience
  • Applications are welcome from Solicitors, Chartered Legal Executives, Licensed Conveyancers, and experienced unqualified Conveyancers.
  • A solid track record in residential property conveyancing.
  • Experience managing a caseload independently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Commitment to professionalism and exceptional client service.
