Job Purpose

Our client is looking to appoint a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Coordinator to support the daily operation of the Technical, Marketing and Sales functions, with a focus on shipping and logistics, and be the central point of reference for office and Demonstration Centre enquiries.

This position requires strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Shipping and logistics administration.
  • Organise and administer equipment shipping through OEMs and end customers.
  • Address logistics queries and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Coordinate import, export, and customs clearance for parts and samples.
  • Manage machine movements, rigging, and cross-departmental communication.
  • Handle logistics for the shipping of sample prints and parts under strict deadlines.
  • Assist with travel arrangements for team members, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.
  • Schedule meetings, prepare invitations, and ensure IT resources are available.
  • Act as a central communication point between internal teams, sales teams, and technical support.
  • Organise contractor visits, validate documentation, and ensure approved contractor status.
  • Administer and raise purchase orders when required.
  • Order media, consumables and stationery.
  • Provide support for event logistics, including catering, booking site tours and travel.
  • Provide administrative support to the Chief Commercial Officer

Skills and Experience:

  • Possess experience in logistics, shipping, and event organisation, with knowledge of customs clearance being advantageous.
  • Be proficient in administrative tools, including MS Office and logistics management systems.
  • Be proactive, well-organised, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Exhibit strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate confidently with teams and external stakeholders.
  • Demonstrate excellent attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
  • Have a flexible and adaptable approach, with a focus on teamwork.
