We have an exciting opportunity for a Commercial Team Coordinator to join our client’s team in Broadstairs. Reporting directly to the Demonstration Centre Manager, this role is perfect for someone with a 'can do’ attitude, exceptional organisation skills, and the ability to handle multiple priorities effectively. Shipping experience would be an advantage.
This position offers the chance to get involved in a variety of business activities, including exhibitions and events, making it a dynamic and rewarding role for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities- Act as a central communication point between internal teams, sales teams, and technical support.
- Manage travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.
- Schedule meetings, prepare invitations, and ensure IT resources are available.
- Oversee Shipping & Logistics Administration, ensuring smooth movement of goods.
- Raise and manage purchase orders when required.
- Organise contractor visits, validate documentation, and ensure approved contractor status.
- Address logistics queries, resolving any issues efficiently.
- Order and maintain stock of media, consumables, and stationery.
- Provide event logistics support, including catering, site tours, and travel bookings.
- Offer administrative support to the Chief Commercial Officer.
- Coordinate machine movements, rigging, and interdepartmental communication.
- Proactive and well-organised, able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills, confident in liaising with teams and external stakeholders.
- Excellent attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all aspects of the role.
- Flexible and adaptable approach, with a focus on teamwork and collaboration.
- Experience in logistics, shipping, and event organisation (knowledge of customs clearance is advantageous).
- Proficiency in MS Office and logistics management systems.
- Competitive salary up to £27,000 per annum, depending on experience.
