CNC Router Operator

As a CNC Router Operator, you will play a crucial role in the production team, working with state-of-the-art CNC equipment to create high-precision products. You will interpret technical drawings, set up and operate CNC routers, and ensure that products meet the client’s rigorous quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up and operate CNC routers to produce parts according to specifications
  • Interpret technical drawings and CAD files to determine the dimensions and tolerances of products
  • Conduct regular maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC equipment
  • Monitor production processes to maintain efficiency and quality
  • Perform quality checks and ensure all products meet the company’s standards
  • Collaborate with other team members and departments to optimise production

Requirements:

  • Previous experience operating CNC routers in a manufacturing environment
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and CAD files
  • Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic knowledge of machine maintenance and troubleshooting
